This dish is made of steak with a layer of mushroom duxelles then wrapped in a crepe and completed with puff pastry which is then baked. This menu is usually complemented by cabbage, potatoes, and salad, as well as a dressing of honey and olive oil.
The delicacy of this food is in the puff pastry that covers the steak. Not only coating the outside but grilled with delicious spices so that this dish looks luxurious and attractive.

- Lamb sandwich
This lamb sandwich consists of vegetables, cheese, eggs, sliced lamb, and placed on a slice of bread. This food is a favorite dish because it is practical and delicious. Prince William and Kate Middleton are said to like to eat a variety of processed lambs.
This hearty classic British dish is made with minced lamb. Most British people eat this food in restaurants.
- Fish and chips
This dish consists of a fish fillet which is coated in flour then fried and served with french fries. This dish is usually accompanied by malt vinegar on top and a taste of lemon juice.
There is a British tradition of eating fish and chips specifically on Fridays. The type of fish used also depends on the season at that time.
- Lancashire Hotpot
This dish consists of meat, onions, and potatoes roasted in a large saucepan for a day over low heat. This dish comes from the town of Lancashire in the northwest of England, this food is very easy to make.
This food is suitable for breakfast because it is very easy to make and practical. This dish is usually served without sauce and is often accompanied by a non-alcoholic green beer.
