The first pool is on the east side with a depth of about one meter. While the second pool is on the west side with a depth of 60 cm.

Then, for visitors who want privacy while soaking in the hot pool, the Manager has also provided a special hut, so that when bathing it will not be visible from the outside.

There are 7 pools in this cottage. Each covered pool can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

In contrast to the hot springs in general which are located in a slightly deeper area, this bath is located on the side of the road that is easy to pass. This is because this bath is 3 km from the location of the hot springs.

Eka Tirta’s Tourist Attractions

  1. Arranged Swimming Pool
Eka Tirta Tourism has two public pools for bathing, each of which has a hot water shower.

The first pool is on the east side with a depth of about one meter. While the second pool is on the west side with a depth of 60 cm.

Then, currently, one more pond is being built at the west end. It is about 140 meters deep and is scheduled to be completed in mid-March 2020. However, this pool will use cold water, not hot water.

In addition, there is also a construction site on the northwest side, which is also scheduled to be completed at the same time as the cold water pool.

This Panglukatan was built to serve special visitors, namely the category of priests/stakeholders. So that these priests bathe not mixed with the general public.

  1. Private Bath
Eka Tirta’s tourist attraction also has a special place in the form of huts made of bamboo. The cottage is provided specifically for visitors who want to soak in privacy and separate from other visitors.

The huts are indeed made in such a way that a natural and traditional impression is felt. therefore the walls and roof were made of bamboo. Inside the cottage, there is a pool measuring 2 meters x 2 meters with a depth of 60 cm.

Eka Tirta Tourism Object has 7 cottages lined up in the north. Uniquely, the huts are given different names based on the birth order of Balinese manners, namely Pondok I Gede, Pondok Putu, Pondok Made, Pondok Kadek, Pondok Komang, Pondok Koming, and Pondok Ketut.

  1. Stable Water Discharge And Temperature
Unlike most hot springs, which are right at the springs, this Wisata Eka Tirta bath is located about 3 km from the hot springs.

Before being set up and operating as it is today, four attempts were made to drain hot water from its source in Munduk Lumpang, Angseri Village.

Repeated experiments were carried out to obtain a steady flow and temperature of the water which did not change much, compared to the heat at the source until it arrived at the location.

This is crucial because the water is channeled using pipes as far as 3 kilometers from the source, so the discharge and temperature are prone to plummeting. After going through 4 trials, the manager was finally able to build this Eka Tirta Tourism Hot Spring. They managed to get enough water flow and the temperature was constant at around 46 degrees Celsius.

  1. Bath Time Restriction
Eka Tirta Tourism Object has a special provision for visitors who rent a hut to soak.

The provision is a limitation of soaking for a maximum of 30 minutes. This provision is made for health reasons. The reason is, that if visitors soak for more than 30 minutes, then they can limp due to the influence of sulfur.

Remembering some experiences that have happened at WET Hot Springs before. One of the family had fainted from soaking too long.

Therefore, the time limit was made not only for commercial purposes but also considering the health side.
